We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Newark. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, negotiating contracts, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and a proven track record of success in handling all aspects of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer legal counsel on real estate matters
• Negotiate and draft real estate contracts
• Review and interpret real estate laws and regulations
• Participate in real estate closings and transactions
• Provide legal support to real estate development projects
• Handle disputes and legal issues related to real estate

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
