We are a growing law firm focused on real estate transactions and related legal services, seeking an Attorney to support our expanding practice in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and conduct real estate transactions
Draft and review legal documents, including business formation filings, powers of attorney, and simple wills
Provide real estate and transactional legal counsel
Maintain compliance with applicable North Carolina laws and regulations
Support clients with high-quality, timely legal services
Qualifications
Active North Carolina license to practice law is required
Experience in real estate law, transactional law, or related legal services preferred
Strong legal research, drafting, communication, and client-service skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
South Carolina and North Carolina bar admission is a plus
