Real Estate Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and leases
• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions

• Stay up-to-date on real estate laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Attorney
• Excellent knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
