    Real Estate Associate

    Based in Florida, we are a nationally recognized law firm known for its client-focused approach collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical results. The Real Estate practice is expanding and seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join a growing team representing developers lenders investors institutional owners and commercial landlords across a broad range of complex transactions. This role is ideal for a seasoned transactional attorney who values high-level deal work direct client exposure and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. This position offers a competitive base salary of $230,000–$350,000 plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.


    Responsibilities

    • Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing including acquisitions dispositions financing transactions leasing and development projects with accuracy and efficiency
    • Draft review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements leases financing documents and development agreements while coordinating transaction closings and managing deal timelines
    • Conduct due diligence including title and survey review zoning analysis and entity documentation review while representing developers lenders investors landlords and tenants across a variety of commercial real estate matters
    • Collaborate with attorneys across corporate tax land use and finance practice groups on multi-disciplinary matters while maintaining direct client communication and delivering practical and strategic legal guidance


    Qualifications

    • JD from an accredited law school with active Florida Bar admission in good standing; strong academic credentials preferred
    • 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience with demonstrated strength in drafting and negotiating sophisticated transactional documents across acquisitions dispositions financing leasing and development matters
    • Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
    • Proven ability to independently manage complex transactions while collaborating effectively within a team environment with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service
