5+ years of legal experience in real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, or development.
Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate agreements.
Ability to work in a cross-functional, business-facing environment.
Strong problem-solving, judgment, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a high-volume retail or multi-site real estate portfolio.
5+ years of experience with a concentration in transactional commercial leasing and acquisitions.
Familiarity with grocery, retail, or consumer-facing business operations.
Prior in-house experience or regular partnership with internal business teams.
Florida Bar admission and/or admission in other Publix operating states.
