A bit about us:

Our client is a well-established business law boutique in the Baltimore area, founded decades ago by attorneys who came out of a large regional firm. The Firm advises real estate developers, property owners and investors, closely held and family businesses, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, healthcare practices, and high-net-worth individuals on their transactional and day-to-day legal needs. Its attorneys bring large-firm training and sophistication, delivered with the responsiveness, flexibility, and personal attention of a small firm. Many client relationships go back decades, and the Firm has often counseled businesses from start-up through growth, expansion, and sale

Why join us?

Why Join Us:

  • Real ownership of client relationships: You’ll act as a trusted advisor and outside general counsel, not one more name on a deal team.
  • Sophisticated work, boutique setting: You’ll handle substantive commercial real estate and corporate transactions without the bureaucracy and internal politics of a large firm.
  • Creative problem-solving is valued: The Firm is known for practical, business-minded solutions, and attorneys are encouraged to think beyond the documents.
  • Stable, loyal client base: Long-standing institutional and repeat clients mean steady deal flow and room to build your own book alongside it.
  • Collegial, senior-heavy team: You’ll work directly with experienced partners in a close-knit environment.
