$225,000 – $375,000+

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing Florida practice in Miami or Palm Beach.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, investors, lenders, private equity sponsors, and institutional clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Ideal Background

• 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions preferred
• Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, or private equity sponsors
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and related transaction documents
• Experience with hospitality, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use projects is a plus
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted
