    Real Estate Associate Attorney (3-5 Years) – New York, NY

     Location: New York, NY
     Employment Type: Full-Time
     Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 (Based on Experience)

    What You'll Do

    • Handle a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing on a national level.
    • Assist clients through all phases of real estate deals, including negotiation, due diligence, financing, closing, and leasing.
    • Draft and review purchase agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and other transactional contracts.
    • Conduct title and survey reviews and work on zoning and land use matters.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws while providing strategic counsel.
    • Work closely with lenders, developers, investors, and other stakeholders in complex transactions.
    • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop client relationships and business opportunities.

    What You'll Bring

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
    • 3-5 years of experience in real estate transactions at a law firm.
    • Strong knowledge of real estate financing, commercial leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
    • Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Licensed to practice law in New York or ability to obtain admission.
    • Strong client-service mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
