    Responsible for supporting LKQ North American real estate portfolio by managing transaction activities, maintaining portfolio information, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external brokerage partners. Oversees the execution of lease transactions, portfolio reporting, and real estate systems while ensuring data accuracy, process consistency, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and experienced in commercial real estate transactions, lease administration, and portfolio management.

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Lead the end-to-end execution of commercial real estate transactions, including site acquisitions, lease renewals, relocations, expansions, dispositions, and facility closures across LKQ's North American portfolio.
    • Manage the full transaction lifecycle by coordinating site selection, broker activities, lease negotiations, approvals, documentation, execution, and critical milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
    • Liaise with LKQ's Master Broker (CBRE) and other external partners, driving accountability, mitigating transaction risks, and maintaining visibility into active deal flow.
    • Partner with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Lease Administration, and Business Unit leaders to align real estate decisions with operational, financial, and strategic priorities.
    • Maintain and administer real estate systems, including LeaseQuery, Finance360, SharePoint, and other portfolio management tools, ensuring data integrity and accurate portfolio records.
    • Monitor lease expirations, critical dates, transaction pipelines, and portfolio activity while providing regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
    • Develop and maintain portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive presentations that support strategic planning, capital forecasting, and real estate decision-making.
    • Maintain lease documentation, landlord communications, negotiation summaries, and transaction records while ensuring compliance with internal standards and governance requirements.
    • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance transaction execution, reporting, portfolio visibility, and operational efficiency.
    • Support strategic real estate initiatives and special projects that optimize LKQ's real estate portfolio and advance the Corporate Real Estate team's objectives.
    • Assume other duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.  Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.

    Minimum Requirements

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, transaction management, portfolio management, or lease administration.
    • Experience managing multiple real estate transactions simultaneously across a diverse portfolio.
    • Strong knowledge of lease administration, commercial leasing practices, and portfolio reporting.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 
    • Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Experience working with real estate management systems such as LeaseQuery or similar platforms.
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
    • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and Powerpoint presentations to support business objectives. 
    • Frequently communicates complex information across departments and interacts with management. Can present, resolve, and address delicate situations. Can motivate and persuade others. Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Problems are varied and complex, requiring analysis or interpretation of the situation. Problems are solved using knowledge and skills, general precedents, and practices.

    Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

    • Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
    • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
    • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).  Minimum overnight travel (up to 15%).
