Real Estate Asset Analyst

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

You'll manage a variety of real property accountability activities while supporting federal installation portfolios. You will review contracts, transfer documents, appraisals, and real estate instruments, assemble Key Supporting Documents, and maintain facility folders within NexGen IT. You'll travel to sites to perform existence-and-completeness surveys, validate physical assets, compare findings against system records, and communicate unresolved deficiencies when documentation is unavailable. As part of the team, you'll also assist with route planning, data collection efforts, and coordination activities that help keep projects moving efficiently.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A REAL ESTATE ASSET ANALYST?

We're looking for someone who can work shifts scheduled within business hours while meeting the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
• 1+ years of experience in Federal Real Property Accountability and/or auditing processes
• Ability to work within NexGen IT or a comparable real property database, including adding, changing, and deleting records
• U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with facility folder assembly or Key Supporting Document preparation on a federal real property engagement
• Familiarity with Air Force Instruction 32-9000 series real property accountability requirements
• Field survey or construction-document review experience
• 3+ years of installation management experience, DoD, or federal real property/real estate records accountability experience
