This full-time Real Estate Apprentice Agent role at Monumental Powered by PLACE is designed for newly licensed agents or those currently enrolled in Virginia pre-licensing. You will shadow experienced agents, plug into established systems, and gradually take ownership of client relationships. Compensation is 100% commission, with early-career agents typically earning $40,000–$60,000 in their first year depending on effort and transactions closed.

Responsibilities

• Shadow senior agents on buyer and listing appointments to understand the full client journey.
• Help prepare listing presentations, market reports, and showing schedules.
• Manage follow-up communication, document requests, and basic status updates for clients.
• Use the team’s CRM to track contacts, tasks, and deadlines.
• Participate in regular practice sessions (scripts, role-plays, objection handling).
• Assist with open house preparation, sign placement, and visitor follow-up.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia or actively enrolled in a Virginia real estate licensing course.
• Strong interest in a full-time residential real estate career.
• Organized, reliable, and willing to follow checklists and systems.
• Able to handle a commission-only path while building a pipeline.
• Comfortable working in person from the Fairfax office with local travel.
