Tier One RE Team is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our collaborative team in Margate City, NJ. This opportunity is well suited to a client-focused professional who enjoys real estate, building lasting relationships, and helping buyers and sellers reach their property goals. Located at 8510 Ventnor Avenue, Margate City, NJ 08402, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating successful real estate experiences. Compensation is performance-based, with new agents potentially earning $40,000–$100,000 in their first year and unlimited earning potential as their business grows.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
- Self-motivated sales professional with a competitive drive and a strong commitment to achieving results
- Skilled at building relationships, actively listening, understanding client needs, and recommending effective solutions
- Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities
- Confident in addressing and overcoming objections
- Clear, professional written and verbal communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service
- Collaborative team player
- Licensed real estate professional or willing to obtain a license within six months
- At least three years of experience in real estate or sales
- Growth-oriented, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and consistently apply scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
