The Tierney Real Estate Network is a small yet mighty team serving Southwest Washington with heart, hustle, and high standards. We are looking for licensed Washington agents who want more than a brokerage login and a “good luck out there.”

If you have closed a few deals and are ready for stronger systems, sharper training, better leverage, and a team that genuinely supports your growth, we may be your people.

Must be licensed in Washington.
Bonus points if you are quick on your feet, kind under pressure, and believe follow-up is not optional.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
