Compensation is commission-based. Support includes weekly coaching, three open houses per month, health insurance, revenue sharing, bonus and vesting opportunities, and investment support. Responsibilities include connecting with potential clients and following up consistently; helping buyers explore homes and communicate their needs; hosting three open houses per month and turning conversations into appointments; keeping contacts, follow-ups and activities organized in Brivity; and taking part in team coaching, training and practice.
Qualifications include an active California real estate license; strong communication, dependable follow-through and a willingness to learn; comfort talking with new people, using technology and working with a team; and readiness to prospect and build a business. Newly licensed agents are welcome.
