Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee - High Commission Split, Training Available

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want a clear path to becoming productive real estate professionals. You’ll have access to training, mentorship, and established systems that help you learn what to do each day to begin building your business.
You’ll develop practical skills in prospecting, client follow-up, working with buyers and sellers, showing properties, and managing transactions. The focus is on learning through consistent activity while gaining the confidence and experience needed to grow.

- Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering guidance and support throughout their buying or selling journey.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes, ensuring you can hit the ground running.
- Proven track record of self-motivation and discipline, demonstrating your commitment to personal and professional growth.
