Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Work with qualified buyer and seller leads
• Apply sales scripts that convert
• Use our CRM to manage and follow up with clients
• Attend daily skill-building and accountability sessions
• Prospect FSBOs and expired listings
• Host monthly First-Time Home Buyer classes and other events

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a strong drive for sales success, coupled with a personable and competitive demeanor  
• Adept at establishing rapport, accurately assessing client requirements, and providing customized solutions  
• Experienced and confident in executing lead generation and prospecting strategies  
• Proficient in effectively managing and resolving client objections  
• Articulate communicator with a steadfast commitment to delivering outstanding customer service  
• Values collaboration and actively contributes within a team-oriented setting  
• Holds a valid and current real estate license  
• Possesses a minimum of three years of professional experience in real estate sales  
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Committed to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities  
• Open to learning and proficient in applying scripted dialogues and communication techniques  
• Demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational proficiency
