Responsibilities

Shorten The learning curve In a team environment

Learn from top-producing agents and participate in hands-on learning opportunities with real world application.

• Successfully complete PLACE Launch and implement foundational business systems and models
• Execute proven lead generation systems consistently each week
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and guide clients through the home search process
• Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers
• Track tasks, activities, and client communication within PLACE Technology
• Conduct 4-6 open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and communication training
• Participate in team activities that support collaboration, growth, and culture
• Commit to weekly coaching, training, and accountability sessions
• Consult with sellers, secure listings, and execute marketing plans
• Develop expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and listing presentation services

Requirements

• Active real estate license required
• 0–2 years of real estate sales experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to attend client appointments, training, and team activities
