Agents on our team get team-provided buyer and seller leads, proven scripts and lead generation systems, weekly coaching and accountability, and full transaction coordination and marketing support. You spend your time with clients instead of on paperwork or figuring it out alone. We serve North Dallas-Fort Worth and Denton County, including Flower Mound, Highland Village, Argyle, Lantana, Double Oak, and Southlake.

This is a commission-based real estate sales agent position for licensed agents who know they can do more with the right support. You bring your license, relationships, and work ethic. We bring the leads, systems, and plan.

Responsibilities

• Follow up quickly with team-provided buyer and seller leads, and turn them into consultations and appointments
• Take part in weekly coaching, role-play, and accountability sessions to sharpen your skills and track progress
• Re-engage your existing sphere and past contacts with team marketing and follow-up campaigns
• Guide buyers and sellers from first conversation to closing, including showings, offers, and negotiations
• Host open houses and stay active in North DFW communities, including Flower Mound, Highland Village, Argyle, and Southlake
• Work with the transaction coordination and marketing team so every client has a smooth experience from contract to close

Qualifications

• Active Texas real estate license required
• Open to agents at any production level, including those looking to build more consistent business
• Coachable, and committed to following a proven lead generation and follow-up schedule
• Strong communication skills by phone, text, email, and in person
• Goal-driven, with a desire to build a long-term, sustainable real estate career
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone
