Real Estate Agent

Summary

Create a Flexible and Fulfilling Future in Real Estate

Have you ever thought about becoming a real estate agent but weren't sure where to start? Whether you're exploring a career change, looking to build your own business, or ready for a new professional challenge, BeMAJOR Gulf Coast Realty would love to help you explore the possibilities.

You don't need previous real estate experience to start this conversation. We're looking for people who enjoy helping others, are willing to learn, and are ready to put consistent effort into building something of their own.

We'll help you understand the Florida licensing process and what it takes to get started. Once licensed and onboarded, you'll have access to training, coaching, proven business systems, and the technology and resources available through our partnership with PLACE.

Building a real estate business takes time, initiative, and follow-through, but you won't have to navigate the learning process alone. If real estate has been on your mind, let's talk about what your next step could look like.

Responsibilities

• Complete the required Florida pre-licensing education, examination, and licensing steps to qualify to practice real estate.
• Complete applicable PLACE Launch and team onboarding after obtaining the required license to learn the tools and processes used by the team.
• Learn and implement the team's lead-generation and follow-up systems to build a pipeline of potential clients.
• Develop relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and community contacts to establish trust and future business opportunities.
• Learn buyer consultations, seller presentations, pricing strategies, and transaction processes to provide informed client service.
• Maintain accurate client records, tasks, and follow-up activities in PLACE technology to stay organized and responsive.
• Participate in coaching, training, team meetings, and script practice to build skills and confidence over time.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain an active Florida real estate license before performing activities that require licensure.
• No prior real estate sales experience required to explore this opportunity.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• A humble, coachable, growth-minded attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Comfort with technology or a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• A team-first mindset, personal accountability, and a genuine interest in helping people.
