Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch program with success.
  • Consistently apply PLACE lead generation tools on a weekly basis.
  • Assist buyers throughout the entire home purchasing journey, ensuring contracts are signed and appropriate properties are found.
  • Act as a representative for both buyers and sellers during negotiation of offers.
  • Record all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
  • Conduct at least two open houses each month.
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions following team protocols.
  • Take an active role in team events as required.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Counsel sellers, obtain property listings, and promote homes effectively.
  • Utilize knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing to support sellers.
