Responsibilities

What You’ll Do to Build a Six-Figure Real Estate Career

  • Complete PLACE Launch and learn the proven habits and systems that create consistent closings
  • Follow lead generation models weekly to build a reliable pipeline of buyers and sellers
  • Consult with and convert active buyer leads using signed buyer agreements and strong relationship-building skills
  • Develop advanced negotiation strategies that help clients win while strengthening your professional reputation
  • Use PLACE technology to stay organized, accountable, and focused on income-producing activities
  • Host at least two open houses monthly to generate opportunities and improve live conversion skills
  • Turn conversations into appointments through consistent prospecting and proven scripts
  • Participate in weekly script practice, role play, and skills training to improve confidence and conversion
  • Attend coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls designed to accelerate your growth
  • Learn how to secure listings, price homes strategically, and market properties effectively
  • Master the listing process through proven systems for staging, positioning, and negotiation
