Real Estate Agent

Summary

Harrison Lilly Realty is looking for licensed real estate agents who are already producing and want the systems, leads, coaching, accountability, and support to grow their business.

This is not a position for someone who still needs to obtain a real estate license. Candidates must hold an active real estate license and have closed real estate transactions within the past 12 months.

You will join a team powered by PLACE with proven models, technology, marketing support, training, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with real estate leads each week
• Consult with buyers and secure signed buyer agreements
• Consult with sellers and earn listing agreements
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing appointments
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout each transaction
• Track lead generation, appointments, contracts, and closings in PLACE Technology
• Participate in team training, script practice, coaching, and accountability
• Follow team standards and provide a high level of client service

Qualifications

• Active real estate license required
• Closed real estate transactions within the past 12 months
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead follow-up, and client conversion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with buyers and sellers
• Coachable, accountable, and committed to continued growth
• Organized with strong time-management skills
• Willing to follow proven systems, scripts, and team standards
• Professional, service-minded, and results-driven
