Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch to get fully up to speed on our systems and standards
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly, consistent basis
  • Convert and nurture Zillow Preferred leads with urgency, professionalism, and follow-through
  • Consult with buyers; convert with signed buyer agreements
  • Consult with sellers; convert to listings and market homes with a high-touch, strategic approach
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of clients with skill and confidence
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and full-service listing support
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into scheduled appointments
  • Conduct two open houses per month, consistently
  • Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and the Partner Call
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license
  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with online lead conversion (Zillow or similar) a plus
  • Willing to learn and consistently apply scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management and organizational habits
  • Growth-minded; you take feedback and act on it
  • A genuine team player who elevates the people around them
