Pawlak Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team at 5122 Main Street in Downers Grove. This opportunity is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys guiding clients through every stage of the real estate process and helping them reach their property goals.
Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch training program and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Apply PLACE lead-generation strategies consistently each week and convert prospecting activities into scheduled client appointments.
- Counsel buyers, obtain signed buyer representation agreements, and help clients identify properties that meet their needs.
- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the offer and negotiation process.
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date records of activities, tasks, and client interactions in PLACE Technology.
- Host at least two open houses per month and actively market listed properties.
- Guide sellers through the listing process, secure new listings, and advise on pricing, staging, and related marketing services.
- Participate in weekly script practice, team meetings and events, one-on-one coaching, Partner Calls, and required training sessions.

- Proven ability to build strong client relationships, identify needs, and recommend customized solutions
- Experienced in prospecting and developing new business opportunities
- Confident and effective in addressing client concerns and overcoming objections
- Clear, professional communicator committed to providing outstanding customer service
- Team-oriented and able to work effectively with colleagues
- Active real estate license required
- At least three years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dedicated to ongoing professional development and personal improvement
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Willing and able to learn and apply scripts and conversational techniques
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
