Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Follow up with and convert incoming team-generated leads
• Hold buyer and seller consultations that win clients every time
• Attend daily training and apply scripts that get results
• Use our CRM to manage and track your entire business pipeline
• Participate in events and monthly First-Time Home Buyer classes to generate leads
• Prospect FSBO and expired listings using our proven methods

• Values collaboration and actively contributes within a team-oriented setting  
• Holds a valid and current real estate license  
• Possesses a minimum of three years of professional experience in real estate sales  
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Committed to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities  
• Open to learning and proficient in applying scripted dialogues and communication techniques  
• Demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational proficiency
