Responsibilities
Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis.
Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed agreements, and assist them in finding ideal homes.
Expertly negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
Track and manage tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
Conduct at least two open houses each month.
Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments.
Participate in weekly script practice sessions to meet team standards.
Engage actively in team events and activities as outlined by team guidelines.
Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
Counsel sellers, secure listings, and promote their properties effectively.
Demonstrate proficiency in pricing, staging, and other listing-related services.
Foster and contribute to our close-knit, family-oriented culture that sets us apart.
