Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Help buyers navigate the home buying process from consultation to closing
Conduct home tours and market education
Write and negotiate offers
Maintain strong client communication throughout the transaction
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships using CRM systems
Attend team trainings, coaching calls, and collaborative meetings
Build a strong referral-based and repeat client business
Deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for agents who are:
Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina (or currently pursuing a license)
Motivated and self-disciplined
Open to coaching and growth
Strong communicators who enjoy helping people
Organized and willing to follow systems
Goal-oriented with a positive mindset
