Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Atlanta area
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
- Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions
- Develop and maintain a network of clients, realtors, and industry professionals
- Prepare and review necessary documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate guidance
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role
- Strong knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market and local neighborhoods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
