Responsibilities
Successfully finish PLACE Launch training program
Execute weekly PLACE lead generation strategies
Guide buyers through the process, obtain agreements, and locate suitable properties
Handle negotiations for both buyer and seller offers
Record all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Organize and conduct two open houses each month
Transform leads into scheduled appointments
Take part in weekly script rehearsals and team events
Engage in weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
Advise sellers, secure property listings, and promote homes
Provide recommendations on pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
Naturally adept at handling objections
