Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to help clients make informed decisions
• Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals to foster repeat and referral business

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of Texas or ability to obtain one
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools including Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive
• Comfortable using AI tools and technology to enhance client service and streamline workflows
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, appointments, and deadlines efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Prior experience in real estate or related customer service roles is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and local Southlake/Argyle area knowledge preferred
