    Role Summary

    The Market Center Administrator (MCA) serves as the Director of Operations and plays a critical strategic role in the health and growth of the Market Center. This position oversees operational efficiency, staff leadership, financial accuracy, culture stewardship, and system implementation. The MCA ensures operational excellence, supports leadership with decision-making insights, and maintains alignment between systems, growth metrics, and agent experience.

    Responsibilities

    Leadership & Staff Oversight

    - Lead, manage, and support administrative staff including AMCA, ASC, and DFI roles.

    - Establish performance expectations, accountability rhythms, and documented operational standards.

    - Conduct coaching, feedback, and development conversations.

    Operational Systems & Process Management

    - Create, maintain, and refine SOPs across operational workflows.

    - Implement scalable systems that support growth, efficiency, and standardization.

    - Oversee compliance with Keller Williams models, brand expectations, legal requirements, and internal policy.

    Financial Oversight

    - Receive, verify, organize, and process commission checks and transaction documents.

    - Handle deposits, reconciliations, and accurate financial recordkeeping.

    - Review and approve reporting; support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end submissions.

    - Maintain confidentiality and secure financial records.

    Recruiting, Retention & Productivity Support

    - Partner with the Team Leader on operational handoff between recruiting and onboarding.

    - Analyze retention, growth, and operational trends to support leadership decisions.

    - Support systems that impact productivity, activation, and agent engagement.

    Marketing, Communications & Culture

    - Oversee and approve internal communications and announcements.

    - Provide direction and quality control for social media and promotional content.

    - Support culture and agent-appreciation efforts that make agents feel valued.

    Qualifications

    - Proven leadership experience in operations, business administration, organizational management, or real estate.

    - Strong analytical skills with financial, operational, and performance data.

    - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

    - Highly organized, adaptable, tech-confident, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.

    - Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, professionalism, and a hospitality-minded agent experience.
