Job Description:Dwell Realty Group is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to work directly with our Realtors and clients in our Logan, UT office. As a large professional real estate company in Cache Valley, Dwell Realty Group strives to deliver outstanding real estate services to our clients, while providing a fun, innovative environment for our employees.The successful candidate will work closely in a professional office environment with our real estate agents, broker, and clients. This position supports the agents with a wide variety of duties and responsibilities. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reviewing real estate transaction documents for accuracy and completion Using administrative and technical skills for document preparation Organizing and assembling packets and compiling statistical information Assisting with developing and implementing marketing plans, involving both online and print mediaDeveloping and implementing ideas to help agents become more efficient and increase their business Perks!Pay starts at $18+ per hour DOE.
