Real Estate Accountant
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Salary: $80,000-$100,000

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and related reporting.
- Record accruals, journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
- Analyze general ledger activity and investigate accounting variances.
- Track capital projects and manage fixed asset accounting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operating expense reconciliations.
- Support sales tax filings, year-end audits, and tax preparation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Experience preparing financial statements and performing account reconciliations.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, or JDE software is preferred.
