Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.
Pay
- Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 3:00PM -11:30PM
- Weekend work may be required based on business needs
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals
- Ensure all orders are processed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Work Environment
- Work is performed in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse, with exposure to varying temperatures depending on weather conditions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
