Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are hiring immediately for Ready Frame Production Associates in Charlotte, NC!

If you have experience in construction, framing, carpentry, lumber, saw operation, woodworking, or manufacturing, we want to talk to you. This is a hands-on production position with an opportunity for long-term employment.

What You'll Do

• Operate basic production saws to cut lumber according to work orders
• Measure and cut lumber to required specifications
• Read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch
• Feed and stack lumber throughout the production process
• Inspect finished materials for accuracy and quality
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional production duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Basic math skills
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Previous construction, framing, lumber, carpentry, saw, or manufacturing experience preferred
