Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated
React Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development experience and a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with PMO, Product Management, Development, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Perform new development, enhancements, and maintenance fixes based on business requirements.
- Create and review architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents.
- Work with existing technology stacks (Java, C++, Linux/Unix, and open-source platforms) and contribute to next-generation solutions.
- Document technical requirements, system designs, issue resolutions, and test cases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Occasionally support backend or DevOps tasks to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in Web/UI development.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
