Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled React Web Developer with strong front-end development experience to design and build modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Engineering, to deliver high-quality user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, PMO teams, Business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop new features, enhance existing functionality, and fix issues to meet evolving business needs.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Work with existing enterprise technology stacks including Java, C++, Linux/Unix, and open-source platforms.
• Ensure applications follow responsive design and mobile-first best practices.
• Maintain and manage code repositories using Git, Bitbucket, or other version control systems.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Document technical requirements, system designs, unit tests, integration tests, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate across teams to support end-to-end application delivery, occasionally contributing to backend or DevOps-related tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality, performance, and development processes.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Web/UI development.
• 35+ years of hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile web development best practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
