5+ years of web/mobile development
3+ years React Native + ReactJS (React Native is more heavily weighed and wants good recent experience with it but ideal to have both recent)
Experience building and maintaining component libraries/design systems
Strong frontend architecture skills
REST API integration experience
Responsive design, accessibility, and usability expertise
Experience working in large-scale Agile environments
Code reviews, release coordination, and cross-team collaboration
