Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Architect scalable frontend solutions, establishing patterns and standards for component design, state management, and code organization.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion engineering best practices across the team.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
Own the frontend build pipeline, tooling, and CI/CD integration for frontend deployments.
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, with strong unit and integration test coverage.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt proactively.
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and evaluate their fit for the team.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 3+ years focused on React.js.
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and strong working knowledge of TypeScript.
Deep understanding of React fundamentals: hooks, context API, component lifecycle, performance optimization (memoization, code-splitting, lazy loading).
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or React Query.
