Pay Rate Range: $ 67.00 - $ 71.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade React applications.
Build reusable, modular, and performant UI components, services, and modules.
Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate Figma designs into high-quality, accessible user interfaces.
Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g., design-to-code, UX generation, prototyping accelerators) to improve UI iteration speed and consistency.
Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs.
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Apply best practices for state management, security, accessibility, and error handling.
Participate in code reviews, design critiques, and Agile ceremonies.
Adhere to company’s secure coding standards, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Support releases and troubleshoot front-end issues in production environments.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of front-end or web development experience.
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build tools (e.g., Vite).
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
Experience working with Figma or similar design tools.
Solid understanding of:
Component-based architecture
REST API integration
Client-side performance optimization
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
Exposure to:
AI-driven UX and front-end productivity tools
Design-to-code workflows
UI consistency and design system automation
Knowledge of:

Education:
