    Job Summary
    We are seeking a highly experienced React Developer to lead the design and development of modern, high performance web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in front end architecture, a strong eye for UX/performance trade offs, and the ability to mentor developers while driving technical standards across the front end stack.
    Key Responsibilities
    Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high performance web applications using React
    Architect front end solutions, including state management, component structure, and code organization
    Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, pixel perfect interfaces
    Build and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems
    Integrate front end applications with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services
    Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
    Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and QA throughout the SDLC
    Conduct code reviews and enforce front end coding standards and best practices
    Write unit, integration, and end to end tests to ensure code quality
    Debug and resolve cross browser and performance issues
    Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for front end applications
    Mentor junior/mid level developers and lead technical/architecture discussions
    Evaluate and recommend new tools, libraries, and front end technologies
    Mandatory Skills
    8+ years of professional front end development experience, with 5+ years focused on React
    Deep expertise in React, including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle
    Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
    Solid experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or MobX)
    Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/mobile first design
    Experience with CSS in JS or utility first frameworks (Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, Emotion)
    Proven experience integrating with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
    Hands on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright)
    Strong understanding of front end performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, memoization)
    Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
    Proficiency with version control systems, primarily Git
    Solid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and cross browser compatibility standards
    Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
    Preferred Skills
    Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks (Remix, Gatsby)
    Familiarity with server side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)
    Experience with micro frontend architecture
    Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying front end applications
    Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
    Experience with monorepo tools (Nx, Turborepo, Lerna)
    Basic backend/full stack experience (Node.js, Express) for cross functional collaboration
    Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch) and design system workflows (Storybook)
    Experience with GraphQL clients (Apollo, Relay)
    Understanding of web security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CSP)
    Education
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
