Job Overview
Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking dependable and hardworking Reach Truck Operators / Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations during a temporary project period.
This hands-on role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, tracking, storing, picking, packing, staging, and preparing materials and equipment to support project and operational needs. The Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate will help maintain accurate inventory records, organized material locations, safe warehouse conditions, and efficient material flow.
The ideal candidate has prior reach truck experience, warehouse or material-handling experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. This position requires the ability to perform physically active work, follow warehouse procedures, use inventory-tracking tools, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, Inspection & Material Storage
- Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Review incoming shipments against packing slips, delivery documentation, material labels, and inventory records.
- Identify damaged materials, incorrect deliveries, missing items, quantity discrepancies, or labeling concerns and report them promptly.
- Store and organize materials in assigned warehouse locations while maintaining proper labeling, identification, and accessibility.
- Help ensure materials are protected from damage, loss, misplacement, or improper handling.
- Support unloading, sorting, staging, and storage of project materials and operational supplies.
Reach Truck & Material Handling Operations
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, retrieve, stage, store, and organize materials within warehouse areas.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, trailers, delivery vehicles, and designated receiving areas.
- Transport materials, pallets, equipment, and supplies to assigned storage, staging, or project-support locations.
- Support material movement using approved warehouse equipment, hand trucks, pallet jacks, carts, and related tools as assigned.
- Follow equipment-operating procedures, warehouse traffic rules, load-capacity requirements, and all applicable safety practices.
- Perform basic visual checks of equipment before use and report any equipment concerns, damage, or unsafe conditions.
Inventory Control & Warehouse Support
- Pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare materials for project, construction, operational, or shipment needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, material locations, stock levels, and material movement information.
- Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, physical counts, and audit-support activities as assigned.
- Use barcode scanners, inventory-tracking systems, spreadsheets, and warehouse tools to record material transactions and updates.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation by identifying and reporting discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Support general warehouse operations, material handling, order preparation, and project-material staging as needed.
- Maintain organized storage areas, aisles, staging locations, workspaces, and loading areas.
Safety, Housekeeping & Team Support
- Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, PPE requirements, and site-specific rules.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas in alignment with housekeeping and 5S expectations.
- Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, unsafe conditions, spills, equipment issues, and other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Support safe material-handling practices, including proper lifting, loading, staging, and storage techniques.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse leads, logistics personnel, project teams, delivery drivers, and other team members.
- Adapt to changing warehouse priorities, shipment schedules, material needs, and assigned tasks.
- Perform other warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, and material-handling duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous reach truck operating experience required.
- Ability to safely move, lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and perform physically active tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or material-handling environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn barcode-scanning, inventory-management, and warehouse-tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify materials, quantities, labels, and storage locations.
- Commitment to workplace safety, organization, reliability, and proper material-handling practices.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as part of a warehouse team.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, warehouse procedures, and safety requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory, distribution, or material-handling experience.
- Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, barcode scanners, warehouse-management systems, or inventory-tracking software.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, or other warehouse equipment.
- Experience supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech project environments.
- Familiarity with material staging, shipment preparation, packing, labeling, and warehouse organization.
- Forklift certification or related warehouse-equipment certification.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus, but not required.

Work Environment
This is a temporary onsite role supporting warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, and material-handling operations. Work may occur in warehouse storage areas, loading docks, staging areas, delivery zones, inventory locations, and project-support spaces.
The Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate must be comfortable working in an active material-handling environment with regular movement of equipment, pallets, deliveries, and personnel. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, inventory-control practices, and housekeeping standards while supporting time-sensitive project and operational needs.
