Forklift / Reach Truck Operator – Day Shift
Location: Lebanon, TN
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 AM start

About the Opportunity
InterAction24 is hiring experienced Forklift / Reach Truck Operators for a busy food distribution facility in Lebanon, TN. We’re looking for dependable individuals with hands-on experience operating stand-up reach trucks who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach trucks and forklifts to move, load, and store products safely.
- Load and unload trucks and assist with receiving and shipping.
- Perform inventory replenishment, put-away, and order picking.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
- Recent, hands-on stand-up reach truck experience is required.
- Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Experience with loading/unloading, inventory, and material handling.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse products throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to Lebanon, TN.
- Ability to work Sunday–Thursday, starting at 7:00 AM, with occasional overtime.
- Food distribution or refrigerated warehouse experience is a plus.
