Schedule:

• 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM | Monday - Saturday
• Overtime is based on volume and is mandatory

Job Duties

You'll run the reach truck through tall racks and tight aisles with confidence. Move product where it needs to go, pull orders, and keep pallets stacked right. Check labels, count loads, and help the team hit daily goals safely and on time. Cross-train if needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of reach truck operating experience
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs safely and often

What You Will Do

As a Reach Truck Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.

The Reach Truck Operator supports warehouse productivity by safely transporting palletized inventory using specialized reach truck equipment. This position combines equipment operation, inventory awareness, and workplace safety to support efficient warehouse operations.

A successful Reach Truck Operator understands material handling procedures, warehouse organization, and inventory accuracy while maintaining safe operating practices throughout every shift. Dependability and attention to detail contribute to operational success.
