YOUR ROLE AS OUR REACH TRUCK OPERATOR

As a Reach Truck Operator, you will play an important role in keeping inventory organized and accessible throughout the warehouse. You will operate a reach truck to place large metal stackable racks into storage locations, reorganize racking systems to improve efficiency, and use RF scanners and WMS technology to track inventory movement. You will support receiving operations by consolidating racks, operating a stock picker when needed, assisting with inbound shipments, and providing support across shipping, inventory, and tire dispatch teams. Throughout your shift, you will perform equipment inspections, maintain logs, and help ensure the warehouse remains safe and organized.

Qualifications For Success:

• 2+ years of experience operating a reach truck in a high-volume warehouse environment
• RF scanning and WMS proficiency required for accurate put-away, transfers, and inventory movement
• A commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines
• Ability to lift and maneuver tires and racks of varying weights
• Effective communication skills and a strong team-player mentality
• Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift
• Strong knowledge of large racking systems and experience with rack consolidation is preferred
• Ability to operate a stock picker and other warehouse equipment (reach truck, EPJ, etc.) is highly desirable
