Now hiring Reach Truck Operator

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shifts Available

What Gets You on the Floor

• Minimum of 2 years of stand-up forklift experience required
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification
• Experience with RF scanners, WMS systems, and inventory management processes preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Able to lift up to 50lbs

Your Day-to-Day

• Operate stand-up forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and store products safely and efficiently
• Pick, stage, and transport materials to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
• Utilize RF scanners, WMS systems, and inventory software to track product movement and print labels
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Follow FIFO procedures and proper product rotation practices
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment
• Assist with quality, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
