LINK Staffing is hiring an experienced Reach Forklift Operator / Material Handler in Houston, TX. This position offers a great balance of forklift operation and hands-on warehouse work, with approximately 50% of your time operating a reach truck and 50% performing material handling duties.

Position: Reach Forklift Operator / Material Handler
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: MondayFriday
Shift: 7:00 AM3:30 PM
Hours: Full-Time
Overtime: Some Saturdays may be required based on warehouse needs
Work Breakdown: 50% reach forklift operation / 50% general material handling

Long-Term Opportunity with an established warehouse operation
Consistent Day Shift with most weekends off
Safely operate a reach truck forklift to move, store, and retrieve warehouse materials.
Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Pack, wrap, label, and stage products for shipping.
Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory.
Perform general warehouse duties, including material handling and maintaining organized work areas.
Alternate between forklift operation and physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
Minimum 3 years of forklift and warehouse experience required.
Hands-on reach truck forklift operating experience required.
Previous experience with order picking, packing, shipping, and material handling.
Ability to perform both forklift operation and physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
Availability to work MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM, and occasional Saturdays as needed.
Must meet applicable background screening requirements for the assignment.
Important: This is not a forklift-only position. Candidates must be comfortable spending approximately half of their shift performing hands-on warehouse and material handling duties.
