Role snapshot

• Use a reach truck to move, locate, and stack inventory with accuracy and care.
• Load and unload goods from trailers and transfer materials to proper storage or staging areas.
• Run routine equipment inspections to verify safe, reliable operation.
• Record product moves and assist with inventory counts to keep data current.
• Collaborate closely with peers and leads to achieve daily throughput goals.
• Follow safety rules and SOPs to maintain a clean, secure work area.
• Immediately escalate equipment malfunctions or safety issues to supervisors.

What you’ll need to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience driving reach trucks or similar material handling equipment.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely.
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavier items when required.
