About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Reach Truck Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in Ravenna, Ohio. This role involves handling inventory control, order picking, receiving, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will have experience operating reach forklifts and a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach forklifts to move, sort, and count products within the warehouse.
• Receive shipments and verify products against shipment documentation.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Pick orders accurately using reach forklifts and prepare products for shipment.
• Use inventory control systems to track product movement and stock levels.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products up to 40 lbs.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols for forklift operation and warehouse safety.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Support timely processing of shipments and inventory updates.
• Comply with company policies related to safety, quality, and productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Valid reach forklift certification and experience operating reach forklifts, turret forklifts, or similar equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proven experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving environments.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control and order picking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Additional forklift certifications, such as turret forklift operation.
• Prior experience working in a busy warehouse setting.
