Reach Coordinator (Danville/Piedmont) ($2,500 Sign On Bonus)

Our REACH team is looking to grow! We are searching for our next REACH Coordinator. The REACH Coordinator works with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, their families/care givers, and support providers, and community partners to strengthen treatment/support efficiencies and service outcomes. The REACH Coordinator serves as a vital community education resource and coordinates admission into REACH services. Come be a part of a dynamic and energetic team!

• $2,500 Sign on Bonus*

Salary Range:

$51,333.75- $59,033.81

Education/Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master's Degree in a human services related field.
• Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health.
• OR a Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses is required.
• QMHP A and/or C required.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
